Returns
Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@yourswear.com.au. Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where a return is approved, items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including items marked as final sale. These will be clearly identified prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges where appropriate. Please contact us to discuss your options and we’ll advise the best way to proceed.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
